Energy Harvesting (Ambient IoT) has been an emerging topic for the past few years. More and more applications have made the leap to go batteryless. We understand the applications, we have the tools and the knowledge, but how do we get started from a prototyping software approach?

In this session, we demonstrate how to emulate energy sources and storage sizes with our partner Qoitech. Then, we delve into the comparison and selection of IoT protocols. Finally, using the EK8200A Energy Harvesting kit software examples, we’ll walk through simple ways to add energy-decision-making algorithms into real-life application examples.
